Responsibilities:•
- Provide coaching services to medical aesthetics businesses
- Develop and deliver public speaking engagements on topics related to medical aesthetics businesses and professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with members and clients
- Ability to help clients implement the InSPAration Management business model
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the medical aesthetics industry business
- Develop and implement strategies to help medical aesthetics businesses grow and succeed
- Provide guidance and advice to medical aesthetics businesses on marketing, operations, and other areas of business
- Create and deliver presentations during medical aesthetics conferences
- Train and help current and future clients and their teams

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business
5+ years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $60,000.00 per week
